Where does JUMPY JOYS ship?
United States only — we do not currently ship internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum.
How long will my order take?
Handling time is 1–3 business days, and transit time is 2–5 business days, for a total delivery time of 3–8 business days. Our order cut-off is 2:00 PM Central Time (America/Chicago); orders placed after it begin processing the next business day. We ship Monday–Friday via USPS or UPS.
What is your return policy?
Customers may return eligible new products within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition and original packaging. Returns are by mail using the free prepaid return label included in your package, and there is no restocking fee. Exchanges are accepted within the same 14 calendar days.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving your return, to original payment method, in USD.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe. All payments on JUMPY JOYS are securely processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout page using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your payment card information.
Do you collect sales tax?
JUMPY JOYS does not currently collect sales tax at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable use tax in their state.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Orders that have not yet been packed can usually be cancelled or changed. See our Cancellation Policy for the full process, or email us as soon as possible.

Who is behind JUMPY JOYS?
JUMPY JOYS is an online equipment store based in the United States. Our mailing address and support contacts are published on the Contact page.
What products do you carry?
We list generators, pool equipment, RV accessories, heating stoves, kitchen ranges and transfer tanks. Each product page identifies the manufacturer and model.
How fast do you reply?
We normally reply within one business day, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (CT).
Can I visit your address?
No. 2033 County Road 873A, Alvin, Texas 77511, United States is our registered mailing address, used for business correspondence, returned merchandise, and refund processing only. JUMPY JOYS operates entirely online and is not a retail storefront.
